This unit is in almost new condition. Never leaked and solid through out.

This 40 ft. over all Park model has a front bedroom with bunks and a dinette for the kids to play and eat. It has a rear bedroom with a queen bed and lots of storage. This beautiful park sleeps up to nine. FOR A 2013 IT IS LIKE NEW.
It has 2 large electric slides and ALL appliances work as they should!!! There has never been a leak in this trailer and all interior closets, ceiling and floors are 100% solid. The roof has been inspected and is in perfect condition as is all the exterior including the slide outs.
NOTE the awning covers the large patio door as well as the rear door as it is almost 26 ft long.
